An afrobeat enthusiast and the office DJ, Mailat lives and breathes her life spontaneously, whilst constantly planning her next adventure. Next up is Iceland…or LA!
Co-Founder and Chartered Surveyor with nearly a decade of experience acquiring office space for businesses ranging from start-ups, unicorns and corporates across Central London.

He has a reputation of being one of the most diligent and friendliest agents in the market – an all-around good guy! Away from the day job, Harry enjoys walks with his second love, his dog Jura! We say second, but perhaps this should be fourth?! Harry has just become a father to baby twins!

Our name means to be in the correct place, ‘In Situ’, to look around and realise you’re exactly where you need to be. When people feel comfortable in the space around them, their creativity, their productivity and their well-being increases.
That feeling of being at home in the workplace is where ‘Situu’ was born.
